How it began

After he got his Master Degree in Sports Science, Psychology and Education, Gerhard Maier founded GM Trainings to develop and execute training solutions for individuals and organizations.

While simultaneously working with elite athletes and leaders on the one hand and children / teenagers on the other hand, we found out that the principles for continuous improvement are basically the same. Therefore we developed customized analysis and training programs for various target groups as you can see on this website.

How GM Trainings works

 We cooperate with a huge network of specialists to ensure maximum support for our clients including medical doctors, psychologists, therapists, nutritionists and other experts depending on our clients‘ needs.
